Some of the best iced coffee to date. Great sandwiches, great treats (pop tarts). Great selections of some of our favorite grocery items. One stop shop for all yummy things.

Best iced coffee. I’m from NY originally and have lived in Manhattan for 10 years. I’ve had every $8 coffee you can imagine and have gone to countless coffee shops. This place is better than them all… also the sandwiches are very solid and their deserts are incredible. Go for the home made pop tart.

Very long wait process, but can attest the wait was worth it! It’s definitely a local town favorite as it took about close to 20 minutes just to get inside. There is some confusion about which side of the building to order things as they have an express option on one side that doesn’t necessarily sell all things. We opted to go indoors, which gave us better visualizations on what they had, and once you’re inside you should have someone wait in the next line for check out and then go over and get your breakfast sandwich, cold drinks, or anything from the deli. Tons of options to choose from that you’ll see as you pass by the counter in the checkout line and everything tasted so good.

Such a great place to grab coffee in the summer! The atmosphere is fun and lively, and the staff are always friendly even when it gets really busy. I love their seasonal drinks and the outdoor seating makes it a perfect spot to hang out on a warm day.
The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that the wait can be a little long during peak times, but honestly the drinks and the vibe are worth it. Definitely a go-to spot for me when I want a good coffee and a nice place to relax.

Good espresso bar but the food is crazy overpriced and they only do premade breakfast sandwiches in the morning like Wawa
Best sandwich since Subway five dollar foot long
I want to hate this place. From the parking situation, to waiting in line just to enter the store, to waiting in line to pay, to all the 12 years with Amex Gold Apple Pays… but the food is exceptional. From homemade pop tarts, to egg sandwiches, to the awesome lunch options - you can’t go wrong. Also all the workers are sweet and the kind gentlemen tasked with “line management” is so nice and funny. If you know ahead of time that you’ll spend more time in line than enjoying your food, this place is for you. To all the workers, great job staying patient with confused customers.

Stopped in for a coffee and bfadt sammy. Everything was excellent. The ordering line/paying line was a little confusing but everything moved quickly. Tried the Cinnamon Bun Latte and The Fat Local breakfast sandwich - bacon, pork roll, turkey sausage, egg, cheese, and hash brown served on everything bagel. Yum! Def check this place out when in town.

Insider secret if you’re just going for coffee and pastries there’s no line outside. Delicious coffee, amazing almond raspberry tart, wonderfully friendly, helpful staff. 😊

honestly really tiny in there
the older man at the door who was “handling the line” was very rude to me and was basically squaring up on me for trying to walk into the cafe and he said some rude things i didn’t care for him
The food was mid like homemade pop tart was alright nothing amazing. The toppings on the coffee was better than the coffee itself

We were visiting family and looking for a breakfast spot on the island, so we decided to give this place a try. Be prepared, it’s extremely busy and can feel a bit overwhelming. It wasn’t clear where lines started or which areas were for ordering vs. pickup, which made the experience a little stressful.
Unfortunately, the person who took our order seemed visibly unhappy to be there and wasn’t particularly friendly. Seriously had way too much attitude. (We were there on 8/12 around 10:30 am.) As a mom of two young kids spending $50 on breakfast and lattes, a bit of courtesy would’ve gone a long way. The food and drinks were fine, but the service left a lot to be desired. Based on service alone I won't be back.
