I used to be a regular and really loved their pizza. However, tonight the delivery service and woman on the phone were horrible. I ordered online at 4:23pm for delivery at 5:13pm. I called at 5:20pm to check on the delivery status and was told that the delivery driver was leaving with our order now. We live 5 minutes away, so I called again at 5:34pm when we still had not received our order. I was told that the driver gave our order to a different house and they could start remaking it now and send for delivery ASAP. I said this was ridiculous and I'd like a refund and that I'm really angry and the woman hung up on me. Who knows if they were ever going to let us know that our pizza wasn't coming if I hadn't called to ask. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a margarita pizza to pick up and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. They ring me up when I get there exactly 20 minutes later and, as I’m standing there waiting, they give my margarita pizza to another customer. Everyone was aware I was waiting for that pizza but that’s how they roll at Brooklyn Pizza. After acknowledging they gave this other customer my order, they offer to start making another for me. They then didn’t offer me a refund.

The grandma pie with the spicy pepperoni cups was AMAZING.
I ordered a salad through Door dash and the arugula was really off! I called the store (I'm not one to typically do this but it wasn't like a few pieces were bad and I could pick them out). I spoke to the manager who apologized a lot and asked what he could do for me. Wow! I didn't know service like this still existed! I got a replacement salad (Caesar) and it is yummy! Their pizza is always amazing.

I went for 3 slices of pizza around 1pm …. All 3 slices ARE STALE & THIN. Paid $12 for stale pizza . Super disappointed, this place was recommended by a co worker I will not be returning again !
