I thought I would have trouble with my dietary restrictions but Roger understood the assignment! He was such a pleasant and helpful soul. Our meals were as phenomenal as our waiter. We will be back for lunch again.
I was very excited for this Eataly to open up in The Short Hills Mall, when I finally tried this location I was very disappointed…. The dishes in the restaurant are mediocre and a step up from Chef Boyardee at best! The market is pretty good, the bread is fresh and the pizza is tasty.
The Eataly in King of Prussia Mall and the Oculus at the World Trade Center is much better. I wouldn’t recommend the Short Hills Eataly to anyone…

Recently had a great shopping experience at Eataly in the Short Hills Mall. I stopped in for some Too Good To Go bags and was really impressed with both the food quality and value. I also had a quick conversation with the Procurement Manager in the pasta dept, super nice and knowledgeable, about wheat and my gluten intolerance. He explained that all ingredients included in their prepared foods are sourced directly from Italy, completely authentic. When I returned home I tried...
