I approached yhe Nordstrom cafe to get coffee with my daughter. Fonzi, the manager, exuded such good energy. He greeted every customer with a giant smile, and I even saw him bringing coffee out to customers sitting and relaxing. A+ customer service and thank you for transferring your good energy to me!
Fonzy helped me and he was really nice and attentive. I could just tell he made my matcha with so much love and he wanted to know how I liked it, I think that’s exceptional service.
Fonzie is such an incredible, exceptional person!! When the Anniversary Blend was sold out Fonzie recommended the Manhattan Blend. He's kind, endearing, personable and a joy to shop with. He takes good care of people and loves what he does. Wendy is also fantastic to work with. The food is outstanding. Come see and taste the magic in person!
