this location is good, friendly staff handing out free samples, no overly pushy sales

I’ve been coming here for quite awhile now and the staff are always a pleasure to interact with. Especially the man doing the tastings. Everyone is always helpful and professional

Very difficult to find and super limited to everything. I went to try some samples and they couldn't even offer anything but 1 for ice coffee. I bought one without trying it. For that I would have just ordered online. Smh.

Excellent experience. Friendly greeting asking to have a cup of nexpresso immediately upon arrival. I than went to pick out my sleeves at the conter.Very personable professional staff. Excellent coffee and options from all over the world. The only drawback in US are the pods are more expensive than in Europe. Highly recommended for this Boutique in Bloomingdales at Short Hills Mall though.

The guy up front was snobby. Do these guys know they are selling Nespresso pods & machines and not Rolls Royce? Why such an attitude?
Came here on a Saturday to pick up my nespresso order. It was quite a task to find, but I found the small nespresso corner. I was not greeted but was given a look like I didn't belong there. I planned on picking up my order, walking around to purchase accessories, but after the guy that gave me my order was rude, I signed the paper and left. I was being polite after signing for my order and picked up the paper to give him back, and he said yes, that's my copy. I didn't go there to be disrespected nor treated less than. Whomever this kid is at the nespresso sample counter management needs to talk to him. I'd much rather drive to Paramus than to go here again. No respect, not greeted, and I didn't even bother to ask for a sample that I wanted to try. At the Paramus location, I have always had a great experience and am treated with good hospitality. This location Short Hills needs improvement. I would not be returning to this location at all.

Recently they have been offering samples of coffee every time I walk in and I love that! “Hi would you like to try some coffee!” Such a great surprise, and they never forget to give me a sample to take home with my purchase. I’ve been to other Nespresso with lackluster experiences but this one’s service is far superior. A little while drive, but definitely worth it! Keep it up.

Behold, dear reader, the Nespresso boutique found within the Bloomingdale's in The Mall at Short Hills—a veritable pilgrimage during our visits to the mall. The personnel, akin to characters from the annals of a clandestine society, extend a gracious, yet subtle, invitation to immerse oneself in the hedonistic delights concealed within these caffeinated confines. The staff, with an air of exclusive familiarity, beckon patrons as if unveiling the entrance to an esoteric club—a spot where the joy of coffee becomes a sacred rite. Their responses, a symphony of quiet pleasantries, if you will, that elevates the entire experience. In this newly renovated Nespresso boutique, we revel in the ephemeral delights of the espresso special, a tantalizing elixir that dances upon the taste buds. Departing from this cacophony of coffee, we set forth not merely with the bounty of Nespresso sleeves, but also the aura of a well-visited members only—a sentiment that coalesces in a return to this captivating caffeinated coffee club.

So bad!!!! 1.guy was rude and mean.2. I bought 30 sleeves and when I got home I had only 29 sleeves… wow… I’m in shock. Worse store ever!!! Never will buy from this location!!!
I was in the area for business travel, and decided to pop inside to check out this location (Bottom floor of Bloomingdales) while I didn’t make a purchase (was debating to), I was disappointed in the sense of size and how if you’re like me and want to look at all the flavors they have before you purchase (especially being new to the Nespresso world), you can’t fully do it without being somewhat awkward since the checkout counter blocks it some, especially if it’s busy and there’s not much standing/observing room. Seemed like a good place to stop by to grab some Nespresso pods if you already know what you’d like to get. If you want the full experience of walking around and taste testing with more options, I’d recommend to save the trip, and checking out one of the standalone boutiques elsewhere.

I love Nespresso, but this location is horrible. I went in today knowing that on the site it says they close at 8pm. When I got there it was only 6:50pm and the lady was so rude when I asked her if they are still open. That’s fine it they close early, but the lady didn’t have to be rude! I wouldn’t want to go there ever again if they don’t know how to service their customers.
Although a Nespresso member For many years, I patronized the boutique at short hills for the first time. What a pleasant experience due to gracious and professional demeanor of the gentleman at the counter. Mail orders are great but this trip was worth it. Thank you Nespresso at Bloomingdale’s
This boutique location is clearly disconnected with corporate-wide promotions. I received an email stating I needed to spend $16 more to receive $60 credit for coffee (no brainer, right?). When I went to the Short Hills boutique to redeem my $60 credit, they told me I spent $415 so far and needed to spend additional to hit $460 to receive a credit which doesn’t align to corporate promotion email I received. I even called Nespresso customer support who verified I should receive the credit. The store associate wouldn’t accept. Very frustrating. Will be sure to purchase my pods online or at a different location in the future.
Snobby woman working there. Waited over 20 minutes to purchase something. She was very vocal and said she would not help because we weren't"club members". At least 4 people who were not on line went ahead of us. Shop elsewhere, online, and or even on Amazon.
Friendly staff
