Great for last minute gifts, looks presentable without worrying about packaging it yourself. Their services were overall pretty good. Gets a bit pricey but it is a luxury shopping mall.

The presentation of the chocolates and gelatos are eye catching and organized. I love the displays for Easter and chocolate eggs are my favorite!! Especially the mini Lampone eggs. I grabbed many mix & match chocolates along the wall which are paid by weight. The employee named Angel was very kind and helpful explaining all of the options and recommending gelato flavors which made making a decision...

Absolutely incredible experience at Venchi. From the moment we walked up, the customer service made a lasting impression—especially thanks to Nadir, who was warm-hearted, genuinely welcoming, and incredibly patient. It was my girlfriend’s first time trying Venchi, and we wanted to sample multiple flavors. Nadir took his time with us, answered every question with kindness, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and special.
