I love this place. I've been going a long time. Previous owners were friendly and attentive. Always said my name when I came in and welcomed me. New owners and employees just as nice. My favorites are the turkey dinners and the great deserts. Salads are really good. I just wish when I get one of those great sandwiches on a rush that they don't forget the condiments. Other than that, my favorite place to go.
Hungry for a good burger? Their Western Burger is a great choice, IMO. Swiss. Cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, etc plus diner fries. Asked for well done,and got exactly that. Wait staff checked in appropriately, without being pushy about it. Diner very clean, food well above average. Americana is my first choice when I m in the area, not just because of the food, but because when there are storms in the area, they do what they can to make sure their neighbors have a meal.
