Whenever we are in the Holmdel area, we order out and get delivery from here. We love the food! Both the Buffalo chik'n kale and avocado BLT panini are amazing, so good ! Even the non-vegans really liked the food here....The eggplant parm wrap is also delicious! The only things we found underwhelming are the smoothies, they tend to be kind of thin and not super-tasty or satisfying....but we'll order the food again when we're in NJ ! We wish we had a Greens and Grains out on Long Island !

This was a surprise find off of I-81. We drive this route regularly between our home in NC and our daughter's family in DC. The tomato basil soup and the southwest bowl were both excellent. We'll return there the next time we drive through.

G&G in Shrewsbury is where it’s at! Middletown had a ton of shortfalls, none of which exist at this location. Food is ready quickly, and it’s hot and fresh. Service is super friendly. Would love to see more specials. 10/10!

Ordered chk parm pesto panini with extra pesto. It was done right on time, I walked right up and found by bag and was off quickly. Holy moly this panini is good! The picture does not do it justice. I hate a few more bites than I needed to just because I wanted more of that taste. Order this for sure! I've also had the buffalo chk wrap, along time ago which was good. I've also had a handful of smoothies in the past, everything has been really good. I'll definitely be coming more often.

Be careful with pricing the girl today tried to scam me and another customer, which I learned outside waiting for my meal to go. My wrap was $8.50 and she said it was $12.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is fresh, delicious, and made quickly. I will say that the tall manager is so handsome, he tends to distract me from the food. I hear he’s married.
I ordered an eggplant parm wrap and it was very oily and the eggplant slices were thick. I told the girl that took my order and she simply said to me that it's an eggplant parm wrap, she was so rude! I had them in the past from Greens and Grains but they were not oily like this one! I do not recommend it!

Very very nice place & service! We took 2 falafel wraps & 2 smoothies, which a girl modified per our food requests(which was very pleasant)Delicious! I absolutely recommend this location! Wish l lived closer..

Was very disappointed for many reasons. The first being that it took 30 minutes to make a shake I ordered. 30 minutes. One shake. My biggest gripe was their was a dog in the store. The staff said nothing to the customer. Actually they commented how cute the dog was. I have a bad allergy to dogs and I don't want them around my food I'm ingesting in a public restaurant. I'll never return for this reason alone. You have to take everyone's allergies and conditions into consideration. Not just let a dog in because you think it's cute
