My sister Stopped in, placed an order, paid for it and scheduled pick up at 1:00. I got there at 1:05 and the order was not started. After half an hour I asked what the hold up was. I was told they were busy and couldn’t keep customers walking in the door waiting. What?! Manager was useless!!
Great customer service, great food. This is our go-to Jersey Mike’s location!
