Had the strangest experience today at this location. Literally waited 20 minutes on line to use the restroom only to find out that each restroom (there were two of them ) were being occupied by an employee And the other one was occupied by a managerWe thought maybe the doors were locked accidentally and asked if somebody could check because it was such a long wait and nobody was answering when we asked if they were somebody in there. Only to find that the manager exited finally and told us that the other locked door was occupied and eventually another employee came out of that one. I can only think that they are using the restrooms for a break room which is really unfair to the customers. The store was clean and the people taking orders were courteous and there was no issue with that at all it's just the bathroom situation is not cool at all.

Standard Starbucks. Plenty of table seating. Only two lounge chairs sadly. Music was a tad loud for my taste. Really fast and courteous service.

Lost my order and then when they made it they made my iced drink with 2 pieces of ice. Plus they forgot the other portion of the order.Update: Went back another day ( it’s the closest Starbucks to me, and I decided to give it a 2nd chance).Got a hot version of the iced drink I ordered, had to wait longer to get it fixed. I ordered a cookie and it was basically thrown across the counter. The floor is constantly dirty, as if they broom maybe once a week. It’s really nasty, service is horrible, they are understaffed and over stressed.

Café was poorly managed. Garbage all over the floor. Completely disorganized. The Frappuccino, $8.50, I ordered was actually warm. I've been going here for years and nobody working there had a clue what they were doing. Obviously, very poorly managed. SBUX should be ashamed of this franchise.

The line was not long however it took about 25-30 minutes to get my one drink order. When I received the Frappuccino it was watery and the whipped cream was melted.The barista’s were overcome with the number of mobile orders. There were about 20 mobile drink orders sitting on the counter, waiting to be picked up.The people waiting for their drinks grew frustrated. One lady began to yell at the barista’s.The barista’s were behind the counter, working hard. However, their system was in efficient. They were running into each other, tripping over each other While trying to get the orders out.It was a very chaotic scene.

Staff is pretty rude for no reason. I mobile ordered a drink and when I went to pick it up, I noticed it was the completely incorrect drink so I said excuse me, I think this is not the drink I ordered? The woman Looked at the sticker and said yeah, this isn't the right drink. She turned to the other girl who made it and said it's supposed to be ...then the girl who made it said shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well" Next when she remade the drink, she slid it across the counter without a word. Staff seem angry or maybe they just don't like themselves? Not sure they seem pretty miserable. Hope they become happy one day. Very strange encounter. Starbucks really needs to get a hold of their employees and do some training on Hutto at least pretend to be happy and nice.

The coffee was good. The staff was friendly. However, the tiny boppers have taken over the place in Shrewsbury for the summer. I think it's fine that people let their children hang out in the summer. But, they need supervision. They're too loud, rude, and they engage in too much rough housing. It spoils the atmosphere. The place is called Starbucks, not day camp!

The attitude of the baristas at this location is appalling. Like they are doing you a favor. Consistently mess up my simple drink order. And the store, especially the floor, is always filthy.
