I have used the app to place an order twice and both times, I had to wait a half hour to 40 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. I consider that to be a great overestimation. The food was good as always, but frustrating to have to wait that much longer. It is best to go there and order your food.

I don’t know what happened to this place, I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years. It looks like the entire staff was replaced with the local homeless population mixed with ex-convicts. Also, I got a salad with chicken in it, and the chicken texture was super weird and not normal. When I told the new manager he looked at me like I was lying to him and was annoyed with me. There had been multiple occasions where the chicken in my salad was an odd texture

I like the harvest bowl a lot, but for the portion is really not much at all considering the price. I have been to other Sweetgreen locations, this location gives the smallest portion size. I am not going back to this one.
