CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. a woman faking to be the manager, was rude on the phone, rude in person. started cursing at me and my daughter. then walked away to the back office and started talking loud still dropping F bombs and talking trash. been ordering from this establishment for years and today will be the last day they get another penny from me. PERIOD.
I'm very disappointed how I was treated today. I called to place a large order and was disrespected in a way that is completely unacceptable. The boy who answered the phone was an absolute pleasure, he was sweet and tried to place the order. The couple/owners in the back kept screaming and arguing about whether they should do the order or not. I just wanted chicken parm dinner with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara.
