I am giving one star because the hoagies are always great. My issue is with the very poor service and a belittling, yelling owner. It is National Hoagie Day, so one would think this owner would have been prepared for larger than usual orders, online, via phone and in person customers. A hard working young man was the sole person to take in person orders, answer the phone for questions and orders and for hoagie pickup. I entered the store with a long line. The young man was doing his best to handle all of this, all the while being yelled at and berated by the owner. I waited in line for 45 minutes, listening to this awful owner. He certainly sounds like he hates his store. Primo corporate needs to retrain him in leadership, scheduling and customer hospitality!

This is the 3rd time I have recieved the wrong order in recent days. I've ordered twice from Doordash and the orders were wrong and I just went to the store today and it was wrong again. Do I have to unwrap my sandwiches in the store to check? Food is good lol. Service not good.

$8.99 6 inch Italian in Sicklerville was excellent. I went to primo hoagie in hammonton and ordered the same thing. It was a dollar more expensive and had less meat

Ordered a Pizza Steak and, without a doubt, The Best Pizza Steak I ever ate (and I have been a Philly Steak Guy for many years)!! Have been to most of the popular Steak Shops across the Tri-State and only a handful of them could rate a 10, but this was a Pizza Steak that was easily a 10++!! The Steak, Sauce and Mozzeralla (along with fried onions) were blended to perfection and the Steak itself was "melt in your mouth" Lean!! The roll was your typical Primo's Awesome. Before yesterday (2/1/24) after all these years I thought I had tasted the Best of the Best; I was soooo wrong!! YO Philly, git ova here and find out what THE BEST Tastes like!!

Ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich but they didn't melt the mozzarella cheese. Otherwise, it was very good and definitely worth the price. The seeded rolls are always fresh.
These guys are the best!!! Met the owner cool a** dude...then another time they messed up and order and made it better and then some...everyone makes mistakes but to make up for it and admit it goes a long way. Will always do business with this
