I wanted to take the time to commend the manager, Al, and staff at our local Primos in Sicklerville, NJ. We ordered 2 finger sandwich trays from Shoprite for a birthday party. When my husband arrived for pick up, they did not have the order. Being frequent customers, he ran across the street to Primos to see if they could put together some hoagies for us for the party. I have ordered from here previously many times without any issues. Food was fresh, service was quick and sandwich was made to order.
Yesterday they ran a customer special with $6 off all primo size hoagies. It was a disaster! I placed my online order at 3:50 for 6:02 pickup. I got there at 5:50 and waited until 7:54 for my sandwich. If I didn't have my laptop, there's no way I would have waited that long.
