The food was delicious. Listen, I was looking for a new place to eat for lunch and messed around, and found a diamond in the rough. Food prices were affordable, and the portions sizes were a plus. Customer service was on point. Very clean, and we will be coming back soon. I would recommend looking for something tasty and soulful. Bingo Victoria Kitchen is the place.
I just ordered from here tonight, and my order was incomplete. I ordered the baked chicken with “brown” rice and collard greens. And brown is in quotes because it was yellow rice. And it was undercooked; it was hard. My husband ordered the fried wing platter with candied yams (his favorite) and potato salad — also supposed to be smothered in honey bbq. However, all he received was the fried chicken wings — NO sides. Photo attached. Clearly you can see the empty slots do...
Firstly the food the phenomenal. The fish and chicken were cooked to perfection and the sides were all bomb. Secondly this is some of the best customer service in the area. I had a mishap with their website and ordered at another location and they honored it at this one. Giant thank you to the owner, staff, especially the cook, for being able to do that. Especially since it was so late. Yall are really the best.
