Food is usually good here. Never had any real complaints except the last 2 times I was disappointed. The greens were slimy, which meant they weren't fresh, the yams looked and tasted like they were from the can and the fried fish wasn't fried how it usually is. Service is always good though, Courtney has great customer service. I guess it was just an off day

Gave me Mac and cheese scraps from bottom of pan on 2 of my orders. And on my 3rd platter mac and cheese was creamy 😋 went back next day with the meal she replaced our Mac and cheese.

First time at this restaurant. Found it online and decided to support this South Jersey Black owned business. It's moreso a takeout place of business, meaning no seating. The employee was very nice and engaging. I ordered 2 lunch specials - baked chicken with sides and salmon with sides. Lunch portion was small. However, the sautéed string beans were amazing!!
