Well not great only about 4 tables in place was seated and was not greeted for 15 min finally had to ask host what was going on. Ordered rolling rock from menu just to be told they did not have it 😞 my wife's favorite.i had the bao buns pork belly was bad ,wife had bang bang shrimp tacos ,they were solid ,daughter had calamari decent small portion for price and the marinara way to spicy 🥵 daughter couldn't eat it .super sooooo w service the whole vist .very cool decor near looking place to bad couldn't deliver in rest .

Ok so I will never go to this place again. The NBA finals is on and they refuse to put on the sound. The reason is because it's not a local team but my response to that is if the superbowl was on you would play the sound. This is NBA finals. Never again.

This was my first time coming here and can say will never be coming back. Came in this past Thursday for lunch waited a good amount of time before being greeted by the bartender. Service was slow. Bartender asked to take our order while talking on the phone and we told it was okay that we would wait until she was done on the phone so our order did not get messed up. She insisted to take it anyway and no surprise my food came out messed up. Even though was not my mistake I felt bad and apologized that I did not want peppers and onions on my quesadilla as I said while ordering. Despite her mistake she did not apologize and caught an attitude for asking for it to be remade correctly. After that never checked on us on for anything. We sat with empty drinks for over half the meal and never got one refill the entire time. The bar was not busy at all and she would see our drinks were empty but yet never ask to get us a refill. I work as a bartender so usually tip generously but this was first time I ever only tipped 20% but felt the service deserved no tip. Will never come back to this place again.

Nice venue, good food, and decent drinks, but the service continues to miss the mark. This was my third visit, and unfortunately there has been an issue every time.During this visit, our meals were brought out one at a time instead of together. The food runners also seemed confused and were going table to table asking guests if dishes belonged to them, which felt disorganized.

The most disappointing part was my interaction with the manager. I received a cocktail that was made incorrectly and politely asked if I could exchange it for another (not for free). The manager bluntly responded, “I can’t do that,” with no explanation or attempt to resolve the situation. As someone who has worked in hospitality management for over a decade, this response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I visit for the atmosphere and music and have no problem paying for quality service, but the customer service here could really use improvement.

That said, Jerry the bartender was fantastic—great attitude even while busy and made an excellent Hugo Spritz. He is the reason we stayed and enjoyed the rest of the evening

Went on Mother’s Day with our two children. Drinks & food not only came out quickly but everything was delicious. 10/10! We love it here. Perfect for families with young kids.

It’s so loud in here that I do not even want to stay and eat. There is no reason to have music blasting at 10:15 am on a Saturday morning. The server could not even hear my order and I could not hear him. This is the second time here that I was completely uncomfortable. I will likely not come back for a third try.
