10 star experience. Perfect place to relax with a latte and breakfast. Warm inviting staff with fresh homemade delights. I particularly enjoy the veggie omlette, sweet potatoes with rosemary, curried chicken salad on a croissant, and all the salads are delicious. Pastries are artfully presented and not too sweet. Also, you won't find a better biscuit in New Jersey.

Blawenburg Bistro has become our go to place for brunch in the Princeton, Hopewell, Montgomery area. Whether we're looking for a place to do a little work or a place to have a relaxing brunch when we have the morning off, Blawenburg Bistro hits the spot. The food and service here is amazing - Jen the owner is so nice and always remembers me and my order! The turkey club is my absolute favorite, all of the ingredients are really fresh and you get these amazing homemade truffle potato chips with it 🤤 I also always add some extra pastries or bakery items when I'm there, everything is delicious (highly recommend the cinnabon bread pudding 😍). If you're looking for great food and to support a wonderful local business definitely stop by Blawenberg Bistro!

This is my favorite neighborhood spot for comfort food and atmosphere. Jen is the loveliest and most welcoming host! The menu is a gorgeous variety of sandwiches and salads, but my go-to is the quinoa bowl with an egg….yum! This little place is a gem. The food is delicious, the ingredients wholesome, and a cozy place that delivers it all with heart.

Service was amazing I went with my mom and we love this place. She got a chicken taco and I got a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with homage sausage. It was delicious and the service and atmosphere is just amazing. Highly recommend ?
