There should be a million stars for this bistro!!!! When this bistro opened about 4 years ago with new owners I gave it a try for some Thanksgiving side dishes. I am a restaurant manager and have been in the food service industry over 40 years and I have to say this gem takes the cake!!!! The food is always fresh and of such great quality. I am picky because no one cooks Thanksgiving as good as my own ( lol) but Jennifer put me to shame. It is so nice to know especially on Holidays...
Nice little place. Menu had some different things on it then other places. I had a chicken sandwich with brie, cooked onions and a raspberry jam on a nice crusty roll that was delicious. The place itself is cool. Has some nice old pictures of the area. Glad I finally stopped and tried it
Blawenburg Bistro is an absolute gem! Nestled in a cozy, small-town setting, it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. I especially loved the chicken pesto sandwich—perfectly grilled and packed with deliciousness—and the avocado toast, which was hands-down the best I’ve had anywhere.
