10 star experience. Perfect place to relax with a latte and breakfast. Warm inviting staff with fresh homemade delights. I particularly enjoy the veggie omlette, sweet potatoes with rosemary, curried chicken salad on a croissant, and all the salads are delicious. Pastries are artfully presented and not too sweet. Also, you won't find a better biscuit in New Jersey.

Blawenburg Bistro has become our go to place for brunch in the Princeton, Hopewell, Montgomery area. Whether we're looking for a place to do a little work or a place to have a relaxing brunch when we have the morning off, Blawenburg Bistro hits the spot. The food and service here is amazing - Jen the owner is so nice and always remembers me and my order! The turkey club is my absolute favorite, all of the ingredients are really fresh and you get these amazing homemade truffle potato chips with it 🤤 I also always add some extra pastries or bakery items when I'm there, everything is delicious (highly recommend the cinnabon bread pudding 😍). If you're looking for great food and to support a wonderful local business...
