This place is a joke. You can't call the store and when you do it hangs up on you automatically like most Papa John locations. You have to call and order online and they mess up your order instead of talking to the store. WHY WASTE YOUR TIME!

I’ve order food for delivery. Watched the Papa track & the food said it was delivered. No one was at my door nor was there any food at my door. When trying to contact the store it constantly got disconnected. Afterwords I called corporate & now it’s will be 48hrs to investigate so I can receive my full refund.

New owners have fired all the help and continuously messes up the orders, per my last three orders. It was either missing something, not cooked correctly, or both. They never answer the phone.
I'm done with this location, I live less than 2 blocks away, and yet deliveries have taken over an hour every time, and the food arrives cold most of the time. We only began to order delivery because the take-out service is atrocious, even confrontational at times. Their revolving door staff has zero customer service skills. I'm done with this location

Placed a delivery order weeks ago that never arrived. Have been more than fair about this, asking for nothing more than a simple refund. Took two weeks to get any kind of reply from them, and they said that they would process the refund. Two more weeks have gone by, and nothing. Finally got another reply and they said that I had to file a complaint through Door Dash. Why? I didn't place an order through Door Dash. I don't even have a Door Dash account! These people are out and out thieves. Do not spend a cent with these scumbags.
