When all the employees reek of pot, it’s no wonder why they’re so slow.
Nancy did incredible work late into the night when an Uber order I was doing did not work out as planned, she went the extra mile to make sure my order was done perfectly and did it all with a smile. Great customer service, she's a keeper!
The food is always great my order last night was just a little burnt but overall still good

Papa John's Pizza in Somerdale has faced concerns regarding staffing, which has reportedly affected the food quality, order accuracy, and order completion time. Some customers have experienced inconsistency in these areas, with issues like not enough toppings on the pizza and incomplete cuts. Despite these problems, there are positive experiences as well, with some customers enjoying good food and timely delivery. One customer mentioned that the pizza is consistently good and liked the seasoning on the crust, often choosing this location for a Friday evening dinner in a pinch. The store has shown improvement after receiving feedback, and online orders for pickup are generally smooth. Overall, the pizza is fast and tastes the same, though some find the toppings lacking.
