first time trying african food!! wow. please try this restaurant out, such a delicious first experience. i got egusi soup (beef was such good quality) & fufu. i tried to keep them a secret but they were too good to not share 😆
Michael is one of the most humble, patient, and friendliest man I know. I reserved for 13 people but more people showed up and he still accommodated all of us. He made sure each and everyone one of us got what we desired and even made extra. God bless that man. Amazing food, especially the jollof rice!
I stopped by and ordered Peanut butter soup w/chicken, Egusi soup w/beef, and Jollof rice.
Immediately Chef Michael greeted me as if I were family. Very welcoming, and offered me some ginger juice while I waited for my order.
Typically, at other restaurants I have to order fufu or rice in addition to my soup/stew so I was impressed that it came with my order. Overall the food was the best I’ve tried in the local area! It didn’t taste rushed but...
