This is hands down some of the absolute best pizza that I've ever eaten. If not THE best pizza that I've ever eaten! Pictured here was a made to order, wood fired pizza topped with pepperoni, Mike's Hot Honey, and fresh basil. There aren't even words for the absolute joy that my tastebuds experienced with every single bite. THE CRUST. My goodness. The perfect blend of texture and flavor. Crust was crispy where it needed to be and then also tender where it needed to be. Never thought that such a perfect pizza crust existed, but it does, and you can find it rolled out and baked fresh right there while you wait(less than 10 minutes). Honestly I would wait an hour for this pizza with nary a word of protest! It's THAT good. These pizzas are the entire deal - amazing toppings atop an amazing crust and I don't think that I'll ever look at pizza the same after eating at Bella Ciao's... I had only thought that I'd known good pizza, turns out I had pizza all wrong until this stunning little pizza truck! Thank you, Bella Ciao!
