Amazing experience at their recent food truck event. Handled a large crew of LAX players and put out some great pies. I really enjoyed the spinach and ricotta. They do an amazing job with the dough and the bottom of the pie has a nice crisp without any burn taste.
Honestly such good homemade products, their dough is amazing and personally my favorite, the authenticity is shown and proven, they’re verying accommodating to me that I’m vegan and gluten free would recommend for any event!
I booked Bella Ciao to cater at a company Christmas party a few days ago. Everything was amazing and the guests were very happy with the pizza! It went perfect from start to finish and I highly recommend checking them out on their socials to see where they're at and grab a pie or book them for your event. Thanks again!!
