Quite literally the worst Dunkin location. Given this location opened up not too long ago, im surprised how terrible it is. My coffee order is CONSISTENTLY always so bad! I dont get it! The workers need to be trained immediately. Not only is my coffee always horrible, but every time i order food from here, it is also always horrible. Every time i get hashbrowns, they are soggy and taste frozen and stale. I have to ask for them extra toasted and still they are awful. I always go back thinking maybe they had an off day but no. its always consistently bad. please do better!

I wish someone at Donkin’ Donuts (corporate) would teach ALL employees how to serve bagels. Microwaving bagels (instead of using toaster) would make them chewy and later hard as rock and non-edible (specially because they were not fresh to begin with). Isn’t this one of their main product? Lol

The donut display case seems not refrigerated as all the glazes melted and the donuts are now soggy. Additionally they are stacked on top of each other making them messy. We added sugar on the one when we got home as it was just a plain sticky donut.

My order was correct and waiting ! I ordered through the app. My 5 star review is for Bella in the drive thru on 4/10 she had the best customer service, polite attitude and a great smile ! I will return because she was so pleasant you don’t encounter that with younger employees ! She’s a plus for you guys
With so many DD locations nearby, I can easily say that this one is the BEST! Yes, the drive-thru configuration is a little funky, but they are consistently fast, orders are always accurate, and I've always had great service.

Came inside. Saw two employees working, was waiting for my order to be taken. Saw some short messy woman on her phone just laughing and smiling..not even TRYING to see if customers is in the front. Once she saw us, she looked so bothered while taking our order..why have this job if it’s not pleasing to you…? Saw her name tag,, Litzy with some hearts drawn on it, she did not even wash her hands before taking our order. It’s unsanitary and disgusting. Disappointing and disgusting store. Wish there was other Dunkin’s more near me.
