We have dined here before, but we were less impressed with this takeout order. They have an extensive menu and we selected:- Plain Naan - Samosa (2) Plate served with mint chutney and tamarind chutney. - Chicken Tikka Masala Boneless chicken cooked in thick creamy - Veg Korma Mixed vegetables cooked with onion sauces and herbs. - Chicken Korma Chicken cooked with onion sauce and herbs. - White Rice We requested that all dishes be prepared mild. So, we were surprised how spicy the dishes were when we tried them. One of the dishes was even too spicy for one of our spice loving diners. We also found the chicken to be very dry and tough. We were very disappointed in this meal.

Samosas and Vada paav were good. The restaurant is not a great place to sit but the food was good.Vegetarian options: Enough Vegetarian options.

Prior to this instance, although the prices are way too high for the quality, the food wasn't the worst thing in the world, and its very close to home, which is why we kept coming back, but my final straw is the fact that while eating the Chicken Tikka Masala there was a hard object in the meal that ended up cracking my tooth. Not to mention that we ordered a Chicken Curry as well and instead got something disgusting that tasted old, sour and was jelly-like. The meat inside the meal was hard and chewy, I couldn't tell what animal it even was, I think we are done with this place.

The food was mediocre. I enjoyed the quality of Plainsboro's Indian Hut so much better, but unfortunately they are no longer open.

They seem to have opted to not give us rice with certain dishes since we had already ordered other biryani dishes, but that's not really equitable. The food was delivered, so it's not like I'm going to call for rice to be delivered after the fact, but not great. The rest of the meal was good overall.

We (3 of us) went around 5PM. The restaurant was empty. We were waiting to be seated, no one came to us. The guy sitting at the billing waved us to sit. So we sat and waited for like 5 minutes, no one came. The guy sitting in the billing was just sipping some drink. So we decided to ask him to bring the menu and he showed the menu in the counter, basically asking us to come pick it up.Seriously, its like we are homeless and came to a shelter ?We just walked out. I don't care if your food is bad, but when you disrespect your client that's taking things way too far.what is the point in being in the service industry ? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Worst food and waste of money. The goat dum biriyani was very salty and the meat was black. Chicken in chicken Makhani was chewy and overcooked. Gobi Manchurian had a chewy batter. It seemed to me the food was microwaved, not freshly made. This is the second time I tried this restaurant, and both times it was very disappointing. I am not going back there, they lost a customer. A restaurant is no good without good food.

Excellent food cooking . It gives you the same delicious food as you are expected. The biryanis and curry are so good. I will try next time different menu as suggested by my friend?. Very authentic Indian styled cooking… must visit.

Staff is very nice and owner had maintained the restaurant well. The prices for the food is cheap as compare to the market and food is well cooked. Amazing restaurant to visit with family and friends.

Not to my expectations. It's like the Indian fast food chain. Not worth the $ since there are so many good Indian restaurants in the area. Do not recommend.

Chicken Tikka Masala & Malai Kofta had same gravy & the taste was very sweet, I had requested medium spicy but both were very plain (no taste). The Paneer paratha & Garlic Naan was cold. You guys charge for rice, but wasn’t even enough for one person. I’m not going to Indian Hut again.People when you order chicken with gravy, make sure there’s chicken in the gravy, my container barely had 3-4 pieces of chicken in it.

Left after half way and didn’t finish eating. Tray was beyond dirty like when they first opened that place and never washed it. Other people even got a different colored tray. Chicken was burnt and old. Like last years chicken. A clear message to me. Other customer was smiling at my displeasure. He didn’t crack a smile before and just glared at me the whole time before he found out what they did. As he had a pristine shiny tray of food which was not burntI have lots of friends and they warned me about people like this. Some are Extremely sketchy, skeevy, and nosey. Not trying to make this a racial thing but this is beyond appalling. Any small business that can’t maintain a a 4 star rating on Google is a joke and should be shut down. Clearly I am not the only person with issues. Non-Indians are not welcome here that is for sure. Steer clear. Guy in counter shook his head as I was not smiling or happy during the meal. It’s Covid time especially no excuse and atrocious. Truly gives a bad name to immigrant owned business and clearly deplorable. I even left a tip before they prepared the food at the register — most people I know for a fact would not tip at all. Portions are served in small paper bowls for cereal…. And expensive. I was even charged extra for rice. Beyond Dispicable

Nice veg biryani, the masala is fresh..Naan also soft and tasty. We like the gobby chili curry, it’s light not so masala-ish.This place is changed from the last time we went here, it’s better. It’s used to be no taste of everything. Keep up the good work ?
