Do not order from here through any apps. I’ve ordered from here twice through Ubereats and they’ve gotten my order wrong both times. It was either the wrong order entirely or one of the items was wrong. It is probably better to go in person so you can order face to face vs trusting them to read/follow the order ticket/directions through Ubereats, etc.

Just came in for a sub & Josian greeted me so warm and kindly. Had a big smile on his face and was just an absolute pleasure. He was thorough and keeping busy making sure everyone got what they needed in a quick fashion while maintaining such friendliness. My sandwich looks delicious, and he was a one man show doing everything which is not easy to do. Josian really made my experience such a nice one I had to leave a review. He’s a huge asset to your company & a great face of the company!!

They gave me chicken instead of steak..... Why would I go for chicken for my cheese steak.... Now my break is over and have to toss this shit,was really looking forward to my cheese steak but this is the second time you guys mess this up. I think I may have to stop ordering from this location you should really pay attention to the orders in front of specially for the meats how can you mess that up???? I don't understand who the hell eats chicken cheese steak!!!!

My company placed an order for pickup, but when I arrived 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, the order hadn’t even been started. At first, the staff couldn’t find the order in their system. A couple of minutes later, an employee returned with the printed details of the order and only then began preparing it which add an additional 25 minutes. Staff was friendly. They just let this one slip. Unfortunately, It was a big delay and inconvenience.

Ignorant staff. Also dont follow simple directions. Asked for a LITTLE oil and vinegar. He gave me at least 2 shot glasses worth of each. I felt rushed the entire time and he didnt really walk me through the “selections” and was annoyed the entire time. Other employees were fine. I ate half my sandwich and threw it away and went elsewhere to get an edible lunch.

Mobil order was scheduled to be ready in 15 minutes. Got there in ten. Cheesesteaks were wrapped and at on the counter, while I waited for a kids ham & cheese. It took them 25 m in bites to make it. They just keep taking customers in line. 45 mins from App order to when it was ready. I could have walked in, ordered and walked out with it quicker. The icing on the cake was one of the cheesesteaks was completely wrong- supposed to be a chipotle beef and was given a regular chicken. Four staff members working were jumping stations and disorganized. Won’t be back to this location.
