Mobil order was scheduled to be ready in 15 minutes. Got there in ten. Cheesesteaks were wrapped and at on the counter, while I waited for a kids ham & cheese. It took them 25 m in bites to make it. They just keep taking customers in line. 45 mins from App order to when it was ready. I could have walked in, ordered and walked out with it quicker. The icing on the cake was one of the cheesesteaks was completely wrong- supposed to be a chipotle beef and was given a regular chicken. Four staff members working were jumping stations and disorganized. Won’t be back to this location.

I guess i ordered near closing because my cheese steak bowl looked like throw up and was beyond spicy. I did not order it spicy at all. The cold sub bowl had plops of mayo. Lack of work ethic. Store on cedar Grove in somerset

I came in one day to order a sandwich and one of the staff members was inattentive. It felt like they wanted to rush me and they were already annoyed prior to me walking in. I asked for red wine vinegar and that worker DRENCHED my sandwich with it and honestly I don’t know how in good conscience someone could still offer that sandwich to anyone. Never should there be that much wine vinegar in a sandwich, it was spilling all out of the wrapping paper. My main issue was the way one of the staff members (that ruined my sandwich) treated the front cashier. It was absolutely disgusting. It seemed like the cashier was nervous and had trouble with the change since he was new which I understand, and he was very nice. The other staff member which I’m assuming is either the manager or team lead was very mean to him and it hurt me to see that. I had a bad feeling the rest of day and I told them not to worry about it and to keep the change. There are other Jersey Mike store around me so I’ll just go to those instead, I can’t support a business that runs so unmoderated and unfriendly.
