This location is usually good. But this time not so much. I ordered 4 subs online, 2 hot and 2 cold, scheduled for 6:30. When I got there the 2 hot subs were done and in the bag. I checked in so they knew I was there. One guy said 2 subs were missing from the order. The 2 that were done on time were the hot subs. I (and others) stood waiting while they filled other orders for 20 minutes. By the time they finished my order the 2 hot subs were now cold. Come on guys! Do better!

Gave the food 5 stars only because it was still good, despite no one paying attention to the 'Special Instructions' box that clearly indicated cheese type replacements for both mine and my husband's subs. Provolone was/is the default cheese on their subs, which we don't want on the sandwiches that we ordered. If you can't use the 'Special Instructions' box to indicate another preference, how do you request it? Removed the Provolone from both our sandwiches, wasn't provided any options for an alternate cheese to be selected, so entered our cheese preferences in Special Instructions. End result - no cheese was added to either sandwich. This is why I don't like tipping before I pick up my order, I'm supposed to assume good food and good service when considering a tip amount. Suggestion - upgrade your app to include an 'ala carte menu' , for individuals that don't want all of the ingredients in your cookie cutter subs. I used to frequent Jersey Mike's in the 70's and 80's. Was much better when you guys kept it simpler.

This Jersey Mikes location is the worst I've ever been to. I ordered a tuna fish sub . The sun was literally socking wet , the bread was soggy once I got home and unwrapped it. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

Had a less than stellar first visit to this location about a month ago…today was much better. I always ask that they wipe the slicer bc of a dietary restriction, he offered to use the second slicer. That was easy. Made me happy to tip.

I went to Jersey Mikes yesterday. David went the extra mile for his customer. I am older and I did not know how to work the app. David walked me through it. He was patient, kind, and considerate.It makes me feel good that I saw such good service and kindness with the whole staff also. You not only have a good Sub you also have a great staff. The Staff had a smile on their face, the Staff was very respectful, and kind.Who ever hired the staff did a good job. I felt good when I left the store. Treated like service was back in the day.Hats off to you Jersey Mikes in Somerset !!!!!!!!!!
The kids just stood there waiting for God knows what. one kid, Dave g I believe, took my order but was VERY rude. when he scoffed at me I asked if he was alright and what the attitude was for. he just turned away to laugh. afterwards he started talking nasty to the next customer in line who said "I'm just here to get my lunch" spoke to another couple waiting on their food...they said the staff was rude to them as well...based on the comments, nothing is done about the rude staff.

If you order through the app for pick up- the order will most likely be wrong. They almost always forget to put bacon on the club sub, which is the whole point of getting the club sub. If I wanted a ham sub, I would have just ordered that. This has happened several times now, it's ridiculous.
