I ordered online, came inside the building when my order was said to be done. There was a line. I get to the front of the pick up line and they ignore me in favor of MULTIPLE men - I peeked at their receipts and they had made orders after me - so I eventually had to try to get their attention to get my order. I took my now cold breakfast home. Based on the taste, I don’t even understand why it’s so packed in there.

I've gone to this bagel shop for years but it seems as though service has taken a turn for the worse for me. I've watched on several occasions people placing orders after me but leaving before me. My order would only consist of toasted bagels with butter. WHAT'S TO PROBLEM?!!!!!!!

Busy place at times, nothing wrong with the food. It is a very clean environment. They go through orders fast. Forgot my coffee, but made it when I asked for it. Bagel could be better, but they make good sandwiches. Service was with a smile, everyone working in there was cool.

I go there all the time, but ordered and paid for an loaded lox, got home and only had salmon cream cheese. Not great, maybe too busy to listen.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I live an hour away but work nearby. When my coworkers get the food they have nothing but complaints, orders always wrong, cold, etc…. I saw the Christmas swirl bagels online and thought let me try them for the holiday. I called the week of 12/15 and spoke with a female who took my order and said they’d be ready for pickup, today, 12/23. I ordered a 1/2 dozen. I left work on my break to go pick them up and was told they didn’t have anymore. The poor kid helping me felt bad but didn’t know what to do. He then asked the “manager” who was standing over the counter TEXTING and she just said “I don’t know, check the orders” and brushed him off. She was EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional and loud and obnoxious. I said forget it and walked out and as I was walking out I could hear her walking up to him and she said, “so what happened?” So I guarantee that she’s the one I spoke with and knows she messed up so she went to hide while I was there or didn’t want to acknowledge the fact that I was there for pick up and then wanted to know what happened. Maybe you should be an actual manager and do your job instead of running to the back or hiding in your cell phone which is probably what you were doing when you were supposed to be taking my order. I am angry and will not be using their services again. It’s not even about not having the bagels ready, I’ll get them somewhere else…. It’s the way she acted.

The girls working here are so rude and have 0 hospitality manners. I get it it’s a bagel fast food place but being friendly instead of making sarcastic remarks is possible I promise!

Additionally each time I’ve tried uber eats for an early morning it’s been wrong. That is forgivable but the attitude of the girls in the front is not

Although they serve good food, my wife and I have been experiencing issues with our orders being incorrect and delayed for the past three weeks. This is a significant decline from the service we previously received, and it is disappointing to see the standards slip to this level.

I fear this place survives on the good will of it's past reputation alone at this point. Cannot and would not recommend anything that is not tied to a bagel and even then at that point it's a 50/50 shot they even get your order correct. Corner Cafe is the superior option for most breakfast/lunch things (except no bagels) and Pierce Street is arguably better at bagels at this point.
