The food was cold. Extremely Cold yucca, cold baked chicken. My entire container was cold food. The yellow rice was brown and crusty and looked old. Their food is tasty but never again. Food is too expensive to serve cold old food to customers!

Food arrived cold. I ordered the pernil which comes with plantains. The worst plantains I’ve ever had! I got two and they were super small, I’ve never seen a plantain that small. They were burnt and were hard and tasted like they were a week old. They raised the prices and the portions got smaller. Super expensive and not worth the money. Terrible!! Delivery order did arrive on time I’ll give them that.

Rice, chicken and plantains are very filling and tasty as well as their salad 100% recommend. They also have homemade juices like mango and passion fruit which I would try. It’s Caribbean ifykyk .
This place closes at 8pm. My wife and I walked up to the door at 7:39. The open sign was on. Lady came to the door and said we are closed. Won't be back here. A waist of a 20 minute drive.

Every time I come to New Jersey I always stop to eat at my favourite restaurant, Punta Cana Grill, it makes me feel like in my country, the combinations of flavours in each of the meals are better and better, the attentions are the best, the truth is that I give it a 10/10
TLDR: strong flavored and satisfying food, but a bit priceyPunta Cana grill specializes in boxed meals of rice, a slow cooked protein, and salad. Choosing your meal is similar to picking out a way better version of school lunch. The meats are slow cooked until tender in bold flavored sauces that are great for topping the rice. They range from goat to pork to chicken. I had the yellow rice topped with shredded pork and some sauce from the goat curry and a side salad.The pork was flavorful though some pieces were dry. I also got a piece of crispy skin that was a delight to eat. The side salad was great for cutting the rest of the heavy meal, but it was a bit too salty and savory for my liking.Overall it was a satisfying meal but at $13 a box it was a bit expensive

The food is not good. I do deliveries for Uber eats and I had to pick up from here for a customer. So I said I was going to stop by and pick up some food for myself... I got stew, chicken, and yellow rice and peas and empanadas... I ordered chicken empanadas, and there was no meat in there. The rice was nasty and hard and the chicken wasn't good at all. It didn't even look appealing... The ladies in the back was very nice. But the food wasn't good at all. Also they tell you different prices. While I was in there two customers order the same things and they gave the different prices! If you're looking for good Spanish food. Please go to La Poncena in new Brunswick.
