Ignored by several staff while they served other people. I was told by front desk to ask the restaurant for a fork but staff kept cutting me off before I could ask.

Our first time there but won't be our last. The entrees were excellent. Husband had steak fajitas and said the meat was very tender. I took a taste and it was delicious. I had the pork chop with jasmin rice and it too was delicious.
My only small complaint is that there is no way of knowing this place exists. It is inside the DoubleTree hotel but there are no signs at all. If it wasn't for using Google to find a place to eat, we wouldn't have found it.
Please consider putting up some signs outside. It's got great food, which is hard to find.

Service was top notch and really friendly whether for breakfast or dinner.
The restaurant itself is cozy but a bit to light at diner time to make it a perfectly relax atmosphere, for the morning it's fine.
Food, this is where it loose a star for me the portion was, in my opinion, a bit too small, I had the mushroom raviolis, but the taste and smell was really good, I will go again as in the surrounding there ain't alot without taking a uber but that's it I don't have anything else to say, 1 or 2 raviolis more would have done the job.

This place is would never be on my list to return. I was at a dance competition hosted by the hotel. We had a good size break. We sat at 2pm the only reason the staff came over to us is because I called them over. That was almost an hr later. It was not the busy. When he did come over never took what I we wanted to drink. It took about 30 mins to get our order from an extremely limited menu. My burger was completely raw in the middle. The waiter got mad I said something. The “loaded fries” were far from loaded. When we got our bill they charged us for both the burger and loaded fries. The staff acted like we were bothering them. I asked for strawS they came back with 1. Not to brute if I say so!!!! My advice in a nut shell is STAY AWAY SAVE YOURSELF FRLM THE AGGREGATION OF STUPIDITY AND LACK OF COMMON SENSE.

I am a Hhonors Diamond member and was treated as a 2nd class citizen upon arrival. The 1st room assigned was dirty and stunk. The 2nd room had fleas and the sink was cracked from one end to the other.
The venue was great the location was great. I enjoyed the staff and they were professional and did what was required to make the stay enjoyable and memorable. Location is key and this location made travel a breeze.

This was by far the worst the Hilton property I have ever had the unfortunate experience to stay. Let’s start with the mixed and incorrect information the male front desk personnel gave us. Being experienced travelers, we knew it was incorrect about our benefits. Next, the unkempt, old rooms. Not to mention the rats (and other rodents). My 1st night I saw a mouse/rat run across the floor in the bar. Lastly, the fact your front desk/night shift personnel allowed the NJ Rocky Horror Comic Con guess run wild 24/7. But especially during the quiet hours is 2300-0600. I was awaken out of my sleep by loud screaming, followed by loud music and talking. Your front desk personnel was called and I went down there- AND nothing was done to stop them. They were still partying when I left for work at 0530. I emailed the GM about this and have yet to hear back from them. And I should add that total 1980’s decor needs to be thrown out, rugs, carpet pulled up and thrown out. Total revamp. This facility should NOT be affiliated with Hilton at all. This is more like a Motel 6 or Super 8 in a bad part of town.

worst service ever, uncaring and rude staff at reservations desk. unwilling to work with us and unwilling to listen. Thank goodness Hilton has a number to call for reservations outside of the hotel. This hotel needs a renovation from the staff up.
Elevators broken, ice machines not working. Fridge in room noisy, Staff rude. Friends room her air conditioner broken. Tried to call front desk to report problem and her phone was not working. Long wait at elevators due to only two out of six working. Had to go to loby to get ice since none of the ice machines were working. Towels hard. No fitted sheets on bed.
Avoid this hotel if you value your sanity. It was a disaster from the moment we arrived. 2 of 4 elevators were broken. We got on one of the working ones and it malfunctioned. When it finally opened on the 2nd floor, we waited at least 20-30 minutes for the now 1 working elevator to take us to the 6th floor (had we not had an infant with us we would’ve hiked the stairs). When my husband followed he was told he had to wait while kitchen staff brought drinks to another floor, which seemed to be a trend as we frequently had to pass up the elevator for staff transporting laundry carts throughout our stay. Better yet, my husband was also rudely told he needed to return the luggage cart to the lobby and once again he waited for elevators. He finally returned to the room 35 minutes later. Once we were all finally in our room, extremely hot and sweaty from the limited air conditioning in the hallways, we tried to get ice only to find the ice machine and vending machines broken, as they were on EVERY floor. When we questioned the desk we were told they knew of this, and ice could be gotten at the restaurant. Might have been nice to know prior, especially with the elevator situation. At least we got our steps in for the week!! After spending one night (thankfully) we were eager to leave. We packed up our bags and trekked down the hot hallway to sit, wait, and sweat for an elevator. Several times the elevator came to the 6th floor only to be full of people who got on no matter what as the elevators had a mind of their own and people just wanted out. When an elevator finally arrived with a staff member lugging yet another luggage cart, my husband told him to get off as guest should have priority. Apologies to that gentleman for our rudeness. We checked out and can safely say we will NEVER return to this hotel. I urge anyone who values service to do the same. As for the room, it was clean-ish. Walls were thin and we were woken many times from loud guests in the hall. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel.
Overall, great stay, even though it's just been a few hours stay, it was easy, convenient and comfortable, gym was pretty good and the indoor pool quite like I was expecting it from a Hilton. Coffee shop and snack bar was also fine, room was comfortable and cosy, slept quite well.
Rooms were not clean. On the last day of my stay, there was a mouse in my room. Noisy kids and adults. I was given another room. The people who were in the adjoining room was so loud that I had to turn the volume up on the television. Not a good hotel.
