I go to this location because it's close, not because I prefer it. I order the same drink almost every time, and there's like a 50% chance it's made wrong. I've legitimately ordered the same exact drink 2 days in a row and gotten 2 completely different drinks. I order through the app so that the order is written out for them and there's no verbal misunderstanding, so I don't see a reason for this. The location is also dirty most days. I always see them sweeping and mopping the floor, but the tables, chairs, and stools often have coffee stains on them (and I see the same stain for days in a row). I can honestly say that I've had great food and drinks from this Dunkin', but only about 50% of the time...

I love Dunkin Donuts. Service is friendly and I love their Chai Tea Latte much better than Starbucks. I recommend the Acacado toast with tomato on top. Yum!

Told me I had to leave. When I spent my funds on three different items. The regulars are able to stay as long as they want. Especially the males. The died Blonde Haired Lady was an still is rude to this day. Sad on this day an era. I was discriminated against an disrespected against. I made a a complaint to the Dunkin Higher Up. Manager called earlier today. Left me a voicemail to call him back. I walked to Dunkin. For manager to see me in person. I walk there an use a can to walk.I arrived there to talk with him at Dunkin. The manager his name is Mr . Patel. All he did was give a personal apology. Don't anyone with Ethic background or Mult Racial Go to Somerville Dunkin never. I'm going to contact my Legal Team. Also NJ12 and News Networks Immediately!!!!!!

Came here an hour before closing, donut selection low. My donut was stale and dry. My bagel was hard and stale. My iced tea wasn’t even mixed with the sugar I had to stir it myself. Absolutely not. Also my hash browns were hard and freezer burnt.

Clean, in a great spot, awesome staff. Not as inviting to sit down as starbucks but if you're looking for coffee & checking out the rest of downtown it's great. Usually less crowded, too.

The food is honestly ok. I'm giving a low rating for the service. No one seems happy to be there and I don't expect anyone to smile all the time. But these people just rolled their eyes at me every time I spoke. It felt like a hostile and tiring environment. Maybe they are underpaid there but it just seems gloomy in there.

I literally don't think they have ever once gotten my coffee right in the past 5 years. Actually even when they remake your coffee, there's an 85% chance it's still wrong

I don't know why people say Dunkin is cheaper than Starbucks when I feel like it's about the same. $6.99 for the caupaccino blast . Anyway, I think it's very cool they combined Dunkin with Baskin Robbins. I haven't seen very many anymore.This guy always decides to close early. I ran over here to make it to buy a drink and I can't because it's closed. What a waste of time.
