I go to this location because it's close, not because I prefer it. I order the same drink almost every time, and there's like a 50% chance it's made wrong. I've legitimately ordered the same exact drink 2 days in a row and gotten 2 completely different drinks. I order through the app so that the order is written out for them and there's no verbal misunderstanding, so I don't see a reason for this. The location is also dirty most days. Came here an hour before closing, donut selection low. My donut was stale and dry. My bagel was hard and stale. My iced tea wasn’t even mixed with the sugar I had to stir it myself. Absolutely not. Also my hash browns were hard and freezer burnt.

Clean, in a great spot, awesome staff. Not as inviting to sit down as starbucks but if you're looking for coffee & checking out the rest of downtown it's great. Usually less crowded, too.
