Terrible customer service who ever that lady is was very nasty and was so rude she didn’t even hear my order right ! So she gave me pork fried rice when I asked for shrimp lo mein and instead of hearing me out on the phone she swore she knew what I was ordering came inside she still was super rude and I get it so I still tipped but to get back to work and to have pork fried rice when I ask for shrimp lo mein was stressful so I called and instead of of attempting her wrong of course she said she didn’t have a atttidue I’ve been goin to this place for years so I was very surprised!!! 0 star on customer service

I had a very bad experience at this place. Yesterday I ordered a Szechuan Chicken, 2 Hot&Sour Soup, 2 beef lo mein and 4 chicken wings. The cashier talked to the kitchen staff in front of me and made comments about me in Chinese language while I was trying to order. She probably thought I couldn't understand Chinese. The worst thing was that when I came back from the car to pick up the food, she was very rude. When I got home and opened the food, I found that she Szechuan Chicken was about 25% on the 75% rice. Come on, I ordered Szechuan Chicken, not white rice. I will never go back to this place again.

This is our go to Chinese takeaway spot. We always order to go. Seating inside is basically non existent but the food is AMAZING. My go to is the general Tso’s chicken with their egg rolls and spring rolls.

i ordered chicken wings from here, the wings still had hair on them. The resturant clearly didn't properly clean their chicken before serving. The shrimp fried rice was awful, had no flavor.
Im very disappointed being that I order here often for lunch. Today was not good at all, probably won't order from here for a while....

We ordered dumplings, egg rollsand three dinners. We only liked the dumplings. i ordered sesame chicken with white rice. The chicken was dry, and was only coated in sauce; there was none in the bowl. The broccoli hadn't been cooked at all. The rice wasn't white nor was it fried. I don't know what it was except really bad. I don't recommend this place.

Neighborhood Chinese take out joint. Nothing special, but slightly above average in value and quality.
If I could rate negative stars I would. Incredibly rude woman refused my order, called me a liar, and denied I was a customer. Literally order from them multiple times a week, both work and home. Welp, never again! Good job losing a once loyal customer.

Wasnt gonna post this review because it felt petty, but I want others to be aware just in case. I ordered two separate orders with two separate bills and when I came to pay, the lady with the short hair added up my total wrong. She initially overcharged me by $20 dollars and then ultimately still overcharged me by $3. It was only $3 and I was in a rush so I just considered it a tip, but it still just rubbed me the wrong way. If anyone is in a similar situation, make sure you calculate the total yourself before handing over your card or cash. I don’t want to accuse her of anything, but it seemed really shady… my bills were $50.17 and $15.77. She initially said $89 and then ultimately charged me $69 and change. Even if you were to just round you can clearly see that the total has to be around $66… she literally just made up a number lol. Like even the change amount didn’t add up at all. Like I said, I was in a rush and I didn’t really care, but I felt that people should be aware. Also their orange chicken was trash. Basically all breading.
