Absolutely incredible! Delicious coffee, incredible pastries, everything was so fresh and well made. Everyone was so friendly with our son, even though he wasn’t on his best behavior ❤️Can’t wait to come back! I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!!!
We had high expectations for this place, but sadly were left unimpressed. The pastries were all visually stunning in their big white display cases, and ultimately we decided on a pear almond tart, a slice of Opera cake, a slice of hazelnut cake, and a couple of macarons. With the exception of the Opera cake, which was lovely and mocha-y, everything else was just bland with very muted flavor, but also they all had a noticeable hint of what can only be described as refrigerator...
Pierre & Michel Authentic French Bakery in Somerville is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with the delicious aroma of freshly baked pastries and bread that transports you straight to France. The croissants are perfectly flaky, the baguettes are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and their desserts—especially the macarons and éclairs—are simply divine.
