We went for my children’s birthdays and were a group of 18 with a reservation for 7:30 in the private room. The room wasn’t ready and also after sitting us down we then waited more than half hour for them to begin the food cooking. Our chef JJ had a horrible attitude and did not make us feel welcomed and did nothing to make it entertaining. He did not answer when asked a question and ignored us. Great restaurant! Food was cooked to perfection in front of us with great chef and enjoyable show!! We had shrimp and steak and chicken and shrimp all delicious. I took pics after we ate some. Was a generous portion!!
NEW REVIEW: I had to update my review on Yutaka, as it is not the same as it once was. I'm not sure if there are new owners or what, but this place has gone down hill. It WAS once our family favorite, but that has changed in the past few years. Service is HORRIBLE, the hibachi experience is dull and lame, and the food isn't as good as it once was.
