Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak from Pop's website on 8/25/25 and went to pick it up - it was ready and waiting :-) I've been to Pop's a few times and the food is always exceptional. This time I wanted to see if the man from Brooklyn (Steven, the owner) could whip up a Cheesesteak that could rival the top Philly steak shops. I've been to them all many times and I will say this - Steven not only met my expectations but exceeded them! He adds the cheese into the steak and mixes it in while on the grill. None of the Philly shops do this and it makes Pop's not only unique but, in my opinion, high quality steak, bread and done just right. Pop's is right there among the best! Highly recommended!!!

Tried this spot for the first time. Had a Pork Roll Egg and Cheese and it was a hit. Behind the counter was Steven which I believe was the owner. This guy is what all ownership should be. He gave me enough information to make my decision easier. Nothing better than someone friendly and personable like him. They have outside seating which I also liked. No inside dining. You want a quick breakfast or lunch, I believe this spot will come through. Thanks for the good breakfast.

Let me tell U!!!! I don’t understand why the lines aren’t out the door and door dash isn’t in & out. The place is neat, clean, friendly and welcoming. I am sooo glad I made it in before closing today. The pastrami sandwich is sooo delicious I’m glad I didn’t wait to get home to try it!! Shhh but I’m pisst my husband asked was I sharing… had already said I would before my first bite 🤬. I will be back!! Hoping more ppl find out about this Gem & you open in Somerset soon!!

We just moved into the area and luckily found this place this morning on our walk. Had bagels and coffee and sat in their patio and enjoyed it all.
I understand the bagels come in daily from NYC. They were very good.

I finally got to visit this deli today despite the mixed reviews. Upon entering, the place is clean and tidy. It's pretty small so it's definitely a takeout spot. I was a little thrown of that I wasn't greeted by the young lady at the counter upon entering the establishment. I was pleased to see they had a lot of options on the menu. I decided to go with a hot sandwich that was about $14. I wasn't impressed with the portion size. I paid a grip for a deli sandwich on sliced bread (that just doesn't sit well with me.) I will give them another shot in about a month or so....Stay tuned.
