So I came here for dessert after my eating dinner with my friends. I had a half birthday coupon that was expiring and wanted to use it before it did. Parking is HORRID, can't find parking anywhere but street parking which is rare. The place is big but very limited seating, not good for groups of 3+ because they don't really have seating like that-just bar stools and tables with two seats. The staff is very sweet though. Love Rita's! This branch is extra nice due to availability of indoor seating. Most of the Rita's I've been to are basically take-out shacks. It's nice to be able to sit and enjoy a frozen custard without worrying that it'll start melting in 90+farenheit on a muggy summer day. Staff was friendly and efficient with service and the store was clean.

Supposed to be open NOW!! Chairs still up. No one there. Not good business practices..It is now 1pm. and there still not open. How can you run a successful business with these practices?? Owners should be held accountable for the people they hire to run their business. On a day like today when its well over 90 degrees they should've been open ON TIME?? RIDICULOUS!!
