Great bagels but why cant they ever get anything right? Every time we go and place an order, it's always wrong. Large or small it doesn't seem to matter. Whether you call, stand there and order, literally hand them a handwritten list of it, you get something wrong or missing. Get it together! Train everyone to check and stop rushing around and not paying attention. If you have to ask customers three times what they ordered there's a problem.
I have been going to this little shop for over 4 years now and nothing has changed because they don't have to. The service is always great and the bagels are just like the one's I had in NYC, they are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Great pastries, cookies and plenty of drinks. Great local spot.
Bagels are delicious, but would li m e to see smaller holes and some gourmet variety specialty bagels -- type shit. Ya'll stretching them holes out like you put a fist in them lol
