I’d like to commend the entire staff, especially Christian. I walked in with three toddlers, my hands full, and unfortunately dropped the baby’s glass bottle, which shattered everywhere. I felt terrible and immediately apologized. The entire staff was extremely kind and understanding about it. While they were cleaning up, Christian went out of his way to help me find the screw-on ripple part for the bottle. His patience and willingness to help really stood out. Thank you to...
Dined inside for dinner. Never had such amazing and attentive service in any McDonald’s before. Shout out to Gabriella for outstanding customer service. The restaurant got pretty busy at times including a bday party in the play place. Gabriella was rotating between running food outside to curbside pickup, attended to the party and the customers dining in- checking in multiples time to see if we needed anything and overall brought a great energy to the place with her bubbly attitude....
Gabriella was amazing! Very clean location and the staff is very attentive when dining in. Never seen service like this before at a fast food restaurant. Big shout out again to Gabriella!!!!
