It’s not possible to use my points at this Starbucks branch. I don’t understand why Starbucks lies about the points when there’s nowhere to actually redeem them.

Accidentally ordered with 2% milk instead of oat milk. They remade my drink no questions asked and let me keep the original. Good service :)

Ordered 2 hot Americanos. One was perfect, the other was cold, must've been left over from a prior botched order or something. Workers were polite. No stirrers and ordered a crumb cake. At first the worker at the cashier said they were out, then the other worker corrected him. They served the crumb cake nice and warm. Will definitely be driving to the next rest stop next time.

Tragedy... I've never had a worse frappuccino! They don't even deserve this 1 star Just water with foam pressed down with a regular lid, which made it impossible to drink and the coffee lost its charm... The icing on the cake was a mug dripping with this frappuccino-like thing

Nicely constructed Starbucks store. Got all the items in the menu. Really popular with visitors, gets long lines. But one of the slowest service I have experienced. Took about 15 minutes to get my mobile order. My chocolate chip frappe and blueberry muffin were good though, so quality wise, it’s good.
