I need to say that Malka Khan is a diamond in the rough. Went into Crispy Chicken a few months ago. She was exceptionally kind and serviceable and went beyond in customer service. Second time in she was ever kinder, made me feel welcome and appreciated. Hence, why I’m taking the time to write this. She was generous, accommodating; more people should be this way.
