If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I order they mess something up. Just tried to order online and it’s giving an error message so I call the store asking to place the order and if they will honor the online coupon because their system isn’t responding. They tell me they can’t I have to place the order online. I explain again that I’m trying to order online but an error message is popping up and it’s telling me call the store. The manager gets on the phone and claims they can’t honor the online coupons. But you’re a manager and can absolutely change the price to match the online deal considering your system is not working. He claims they can’t. Which I find very hard to believe.Not even sure why I tried ordering from here since the last 2 times I ordered they forgot half my pizzas and showed up 45 minutes after the time I requested.

I have been ordering at this location for a while now but recently the service has gone really bad. Ordered last month and i got uncooked pizza, it literally looked like bread, barely any sauce or cheese. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here again I understand mistakes happens once or twice but this is the 4th time save ur self the headache and order from somewhere else

I ordered at 8:10 and it’s now 10:00. My pizza never arrived and the tracker on the app says delivered. When I called the store, I was hung up 3x. At a 4th attempt I was able to get a hold where someone said “it’s on the way” and while I was responding the guy hung up on me. I’ll never be ordering from here again

After all it’s fast food, take out . So I wouldn’t comment much on the quality and aesthetics of the food. I would say it was as expected. No issues on quality.I used to order atleast once in 3 months from here since this is the closest dominoes near our church . Each time i order 50-75 pizzas. Inspite of ordering 3-4 days in advance this location NEVER EVER could deliver in time or even give a heads up in delivery issues on my Sunday orders. Other days I didn’t experience issues.Also last time they didn’t even care to inform the delay in opening the store. Apparently the person whom I spoke to said, the manager didn’t come and they haven’t started making pizzas for my 11:30 delivery. By the way I called them around 11 to check status of my order and they gave me this update. Imagine if I hadn’t called and believed dominoes would have delivered my order. 250 kids would have to stay hungry .?. As I said always there was a delay inspite of ordering ahead 2-3 days in advance. Anyway in short that was my last time ordering at this location. Bye bye dominoes.Papa John’s here I come??

I ordered a pizza 1hr 15mi ago. My pizza still not being deliver , i call tge store the manager on dutty told me i need to wait another 30 min more just like that...His customer service skill sucks as a manager.I will never order from that store again

I ordered pizza from here and every time they forget to give me the sauces. This time they forgot our lava cake too. Then when I call them, the guy on the phone always has an attitude and rudely hangs up without answering my question. Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

I have ordered pizza here multiple times and each time they have messed up my order, forgot to include items, and/or I have received cold food. I recently ordered pizza for my family and they forgot the lava cakes which my kids have been going on about for a while now. I also have been ordering sauces each time and never received any. I called dominos and the man who had picked up the phone had a lot of attitude when all I was doing was asking for my remaining items. I had to call again multiple times because of long hold times and the employee hung up on me before I understood if he was even going to deliver the remaining items. This location has steadily been getting worse each time I order.

It’s amazing how this place is even still open. Whenever you try to order from this location online it always says “unavailable for online orders.” If you call the store directly you will remain on hold and nobody will ever pick up. Literally you cannot order unless you’re in the damn store. This isn’t the first time or the second time. Whole staff is incompetent, the few times I’ve attempted to go here the service is always rude. Not going to be ordering from dominos again

We have ordered from this location twice. The first time the pizza burnt and inedible. We decided to try a second time and same result. The whole order was burnt. The potatoes were a pile of grease with burnt cheese and potatoes. The pizza was also burned. The cheesesteak was a dried up burned sandwich. The Ct ew doesn’t care and the happily tell you they have no manager so there is no one to complain to.

Pizza arrived 30 minutes after app tracker said it was delivered. Driver said he was lost. Also pizza box was crushed and wet and forgot some items from the order. I talked to Jeff who said was the manager and was really rude and did not fixed

If I could give no stars I would …. 1 hour and 30 min for “delivery”. I drove up to the store and requested my order to cancelled and for a full refund. I understand that places get busy but delivery should be off if store doesn’t haven’t enough people or reach out to the customer at least . Good
