As I was walking in at 2 pm on a Sunday, a lady greeted me with a very shocked look (like what are you doing here?) and told me “We’re closed!”. Someone needs to learn some manners and maybe be a little bit more people friendly if they’re going to work with people! Too many stores to shop to put up with cranky sellers.

Last time I was there it reeked of stale cigarette smoke, the kind that accumulates from smoking over a long period of time, which was disgusting and off-putting, especially in a store that sells food. I am reluctant to return, even though price for sunflower seeds was good and it had many favorite nostalgic products.

Love this store. Has everything and even more!!! Fresh ukrainian candy, home made food, magazines and postcards (in russian language), health care products from Europe and more. What i love the most that you can send packages through the "Meest" to all over the Europe!! Very convenient!
stumbled upon this place and so happy we did! great variety of foods from all over eastern europe and the former soviet union. lovely lady at the counter too (unlike in eastern Europe :). will be back soon!
