Made my bagel wrong and then proceeded to give me and my partner an attitude. Blatantly rude and unprofessional customer service. You would think in an area where decent bagels are extremely easy to come by that they would treat their customers with respect. I absolutely will not be coming back here.

Let me preface this by saying that I have been coming here since I was a child.
Today I had a god awful experience and I will never be back. I come in and order one everything bagel with lox cream cheese and another egg everything with sausage egg and cheese. I literally watched the man behind the counter mess up the order and when he realized instead of apologizing he just lied and said they ran out of egg everything bagels. I was already agitated but I understood.
Then a minute or two later the black man behind the counter called out a sausage egg and cheese and I looked to the man who took my order and he gestured me over to him. So I walked up to grab the bagel and this man practically slapped my hand away and rudely told me that it wasn’t mine it was for a woman who had come in 10 minutes after us.
So finally after 20 minutes I get my order and was completely disrespected in the process.
Then I opened the sausage egg and cheese sandwich and it looks like a toddler constructed it. I am so livid I should have gotten a refund.
Another thing is this place is horrifically more expensive than every bagel place in the area and frankly you’re going to get better bagels and better service anywhere else.
Every positive review is from the old management. I will never be back to this terrible place.

Don’t spend your Money on Breakfast !!! Strolled in thinking to give this place a shot! Placing my order was a hassle pricing is very obscure and as I state a jalapeño bagel Veggie cream cheese , red onion , tomato & cucumber.
I watch the price climb to 6.95
Then the fiasco happens as I watch the person making the sandwich question do we have cucumber do we have red onion do we have tomato ONLY to have no tomato
Disrespectful how little amount of cream cheese for charging extra couldn’t even smear both sides

If the big guy with tattoos isn't there, go somewhere else. They’d probably get more business if that new kid is gone. It’s one thing to mess up an order, but money (overcharged me) and gave incorrect change too?! Luckily the big guy seen what was going on and fixed it. Next time I’ll just go to Bagel Bazaar and avoid the hassle.

Before work I decided to try this place out. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. For starters, the two men behind the counter are not friendly or personable at all. Friendliness goes a long way with me. After opening my bagel I found hair in my cream cheese. I will not be returning.

I work in the area on the weekends and this place is on my route so I stop here once or twice a month. Honestly speaking, nothing has a taste. The egg bagels taste like nothing mixed with like, wax paper. I get pork roll and cheese or bacon and egg on an egg bagel and it NEVER has a solid taste. I eat it just because I payed and am hungry. Any other place I've been to, weather it's good or bad, at least has flavor to it. Idk what they're doing wrong, but it just isn't good.... like ever. I've been here at least 40 times, but I don't think I'll be going here anymore.. The lady at the front is ALWAYS complaining about something as well. The bacon is like the lowest quality also, expect some indigestion if you eat it. Pork roll should have a saltiness to it....but it doesn't. Sorry, it just isn't good for NJ standards with several other restaurants within a few minutes. Maybe in Minnesota or something this place would be considered mediocre.

This is a nice place... Sandwiches and a bagel shop, you can't go wrong with using boar's head products. Sandwich was great and the service was good as well. I think this is gonna turn into a go to spot for me in the morning before i go to work..

Waited while there was no line and no one took my order for at least 8 to 9 minutes as I was waiting I was looking behind the counter, watching them touch the food with their hands. The deli is extremely dirty and they are not following proper food handling safety protocols I would not recommend coming here to eat, after seeing this in frustration and confusion on why they would run their business
I was so geared up to leave an excellent review for a great new little hole in the wall diner that I just found. They offer a hot breakfast, which I didn’t expect. I had an order of pancakes, an order of eggs, and an order of bacon. The menu clearly says that pancakes are four dollars. There is no price for the eggs or bacon sides. I also had a small cup of coffee. My total was $17.59. They charge me seven dollars for pancakes. When I voice my objection, The cashier explained that all the prices on the menu had been taken off. What I was looking at was the residue of the adhesive of the old signage. What I expected to cost $10, cost nearly twice that much. I will never be back!

Their own is a do nothing and has no authority over the mouth breathing mongrel drug addicts that prepare the food.Avoid like the plague, they get nothing right and serve yesterday frozen bagels.I'd give 0 stars but Google won't allow. They also rob you as prices are not posted.

Since when is a bagel breakfast sandwich close to $9? I was a regular pre-Covid, and recently popped in as the location was convenient. Surprised at the price and the confusion behind the counter. FYI....prices are not posted in the store - so you have nothing to refer to when you are told the price for your order. Not the quality it use to be with the previous owners and pre-inflation. Guess I am going to drive further for a bagel.
