I have an amazing experience every time I stop in to my local Starbucks. I'm assuming Megan is the manager because she has turned the place around. It's obvious she takes great pride in doing her job. Her knowledge and customer service are unmatched.They should bring in more people like her.Thanks Megan.
I usually come here all the time after work. Before the renovations, everyone was doing their job and what they gotta do.After renovations, it feels like everything was new, even the entire staff team.Example, like a few weeks ago I've encountered a girl who only knows how to make Espressos and Lattes. Her manager LEFT HER THERE ALONE to do the opening shift without any experiance!She had to call her co-workers to make a frappuccino! I feel super sorry for her to be in that...
