Just went to the drive thru to get the same order we always get at many other WENDYS!!! When they said the total I was like check the order because it cant be $25.((((Ordered 2 Ten Piece Nuggets, one plain cheese burger NOTHING ON IT and a Strawberry lemonade)))) I checked and they charged $6 for each 10 chicken nuggets we got 2 - (Its 3.99 at the Wendys by us in CLARK) The Burger was $6.79 its $6.39 us and the Drink was $4 there and $3 by us in CLARK. This same meal by us was $18 I am sorry but---- $7.00 ---- is huge difference!

Manager was taking orders and not paying attention. Got a simple “hold a condiment” wrong and the screen on the drive thru doesn’t work so you can’t confirm the order. I go in to get the correct order and people are behind the counter not in uniform laughing with the manager while the rest of the staff worked quickly. Then the Asiago chicken ranch had this much bacon on it. It sure if it’s new management but not worth the stop.

A lot of room for improvement but far better than it used to be. The drive thru speaker system needs to be replaced for one. The biggest change is the service which has improved with the (I assume to be) manager at the helm, at the drive thru. All of my orders have been spot on accurate since then. The taste of the food could be improved though as it's bland for me, compared to other Wendy's locations.

Just went to order in the drive thru, the person who took my order said. “Wendy’s” instead of the usual welcome greeting and sounded annoyed. But whatever I make my order and don’t even get told a total or to go whatever window. I go to the First window and this girl is more miserable than the guy who took my order. Doesn’t even say a word to me, NOT ONE! I said can you take Apple Pay and she rolls her eyes and huffs. Just a miserable nasty employee and experience for me. Then I go to the next window to get my food and maybe it’s the guy who took my order but of course idk that but he also is miserable and doesn’t say anything to me either. Miserable people, horrible experience. Greet people and welcome them, management has a lot of TRAINING and WORK to do with those employees.Good luck.

Guys do not go to this Wendy’s. They do not have any quality control. I have gotten sandwiches from here which are never freshly cooked at all. I don’t know why they do not care about the freshness of sandwiches. This Wendy’s sucks.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to but it’s closest to me. Nuggets taste/texture is always off. Bit into a wet nugget ?HOW?? Not eating that… waste of $$ The Wendy’s on Livingston ave is much better, I guess I’ll have to make the drive there instead now.
