A lot of room for improvement but far better than it used to be. The drive thru speaker system needs to be replaced for one. The biggest change is the service which has improved with the (I assume to be) manager at the helm, at the drive thru. All of my orders have been spot on accurate since then. The taste of the food could be improved though as it's bland for me, compared to other Wendy's locations.
