I came in here with my parents and my four children. We had such a good experience. The staff was so polite and was determined to make us all happy. My baby even sped some of his hot chocolate and they were so accommodating. I’ll definitely have to swing by here again. Loved my experience. Loved making my last memory seeing my parents at this new and shiny Starbucks.

One specific employee is always smiling, makes great recommendations, and takes time to make each customer feel special. The place is nice and cozy, quiet, and peaceful. It is a great place to grab a coffee and study or get some work done, with plenty of seating options, good wifi, and many outlets. One customer stayed for about 2 and a half hours with coffee and danishes without being bothered. A common problem is that the place is freezing, even with a heavy sweater and boots. An issue with service was resolved to satisfaction after contacting customer support.
