The staff is very lousy and dont know how to make a cup of coffee. I ordered pecan crunch latte and she forgot to add cold foam and the pecan crunch so she basically gave me just a normal coffee. We also asked for a cup of water they forgot that too. Never come to this location. This is not Starbucks quality
The service is extremely slow in this location and I didn’t get what I wanted the first time, but they took another 7 minutes before finally giving me what I had ordered. It took a total of 20 minutes for me to get my order. I understand that you have people constantly coming in through the drive-through but when you make a mistake on something that was ordered, I would think that would be a priority to get out first.

Have visited this location several times and have always had such a great experience with Latiah. She is always pleasant, smiling and makes great recommendations. Working in the food service industry myself I can say she is the kind of employee that everyone wants to have. She takes the time to make each customer feel special. She’s always efficient and polite. Thank you Latiah 💕
